Pinecrest: Leadership Development Program
Leaders across the organization were capable and committed, but leadership behaviors were inconsistent. Accountability often relied on oversight and escalation rather than ownership, and difficult conversations around performance and alignment were being delayed or avoided. As a result, leaders carried too much of the burden, teams lacked clarity, and execution suffered under pressure.
The Work (what we did)
We partnered with a cohort of 20+ leaders to deliver a practical leadership development program focused on self-leadership, accountability, and influence. Through facilitated sessions and real-world application, leaders examined how their leadership actually landed, strengthened their ability to lead difficult conversations, and learned how to create clarity and ownership without relying on control. The work emphasized behavior change, not theory—equipping leaders with tools they could immediately apply in their day-to-day leadership.
