WEEK - 1

Self-Leadership
before leading others

Effective leadership is through influence, not authority. We will work through how we create influence and ensure we are ready for leadership.

WEEK - 2

Leading Teams
responsibilities of leadership

How do we lead others. We will cover the LEAD framework ensuring that we are leading others to be self-directed and have the systems in place to drive excellence.

WEEK - 3

Implementation
for success

I will work with each participant in a 1:1 coaching session where we will address unique issues and identify the key areas of implementation and success.

    This defines the rhythm of the experience so leaders can build consistency and momentum. The program runs over three weeks with sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, two-hour sessions in the first two weeks to build the foundation, followed by one-hour sessions in the final week focused on implementation. The structure is intentional: it moves leaders from learning → applying → reinforcing, rather than overwhelming them with information all at once.
  • Delivery Format & Tools
    This is how the environment is designed to support execution, not just learning. All sessions are delivered live via Microsoft Teams, with a dedicated Teams workspace that acts as the central hub for communication, resources, and ongoing collaboration. This creates continuity between sessions and ensures leaders have what they need to stay engaged, aligned, and supported throughout the program.
  • Participation & Engagement Expectations
    This defines the standard for how leaders show up. This is not a passive training, participants are expected to actively engage through breakout sessions, group discussions, and shared dialogue. The goal is to create ownership in the learning process. Leaders don’t sit back and consume content, they practice, challenge, and apply it in real time.
  • Learning Experience & Application
    This is where transformation actually happens. The program is built to move beyond theory into real execution, leaders apply what they’re learning directly to their teams and real challenges. The final week reinforces this by focusing on implementation, ensuring leaders leave not just with insight, but with systems, clarity, and actions they can immediately use to drive performance and accountability.
